I was surprised by how fast my redness calmed down :) My skin looked a lot less irritated soon after using it, which was such a relief!

I reached out to customer support twice and still didn’t get a real answer. The weird part is, I only needed help with a simple order issue, so it shouldn’t have taken that much effort to get a response. Frustrating overall.

It feels hydrating when I put it on, which I like, but the color kind of disappears quicker than I expected. It’s nice for a little while, just not something that really lasts all that long.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering from Beauty of Joseon, double-check your items before you place the order. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and had to return it. The return instructions weren’t impossible to follow, but I did have to read through them twice to be sure I was doing it right. Customer service got back to me after a couple of days, so don’t expect an instant response. They were polite and told me what I needed to send back. My refund came through about a week after they received the package. Overall it worked out, but if you’re in a hurry or expecting a super quick return process, be prepared for a bit of a wait.

The order came in fine, but the packaging looked a little different than I expected. I am not completely sure it is authentic, so I feel a bit unsure about it.

I tried this because a friend of mine had mentioned it worked okay for them, and for me it helped a bit, but not as much as I was hoping. It wasn’t totally useless, just more of a mild improvement than anything noticeable.

I wanted to like it, but my face got super itchy and red quickly after using it. To be fair, I’m already cautious with skincare because my skin can be picky, but this one broke me out bad and just wasn’t for me.

I liked it overall, the quality is definitely there, and I found myself thinking, okay, yeah, this is actually good. But then I looked at the price and had that little inner debate of, do I really want to pay this much? I’d be happier if the prices were a bit lower, but the product itself is solid.

I ordered this sunscreen from beautyofjoseon because everyone kept saying it was so good. It does feel really nice and light on skin, which I liked, but the protection just wasn’t enough for me. I got red after a short walk, even though I put on good amount. Maybe it’s fine for the indoor day, but I don’t really trust it for actual sunny days

Maybe it’s just me, but the delivery experience was really stressful. My order took a lot longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept having to check on it myself and never really got a clear answer about what was going on. The products themselves might be totally fine, but the whole delivery hassle makes me not want to order again.

I used this for weeks thinking I’d at least see a tiny bit of fading, but nope, my dark spots look exactly the same. Like, what was the point? I was trying to be patient and consistent, but it just feels like I threw my money away. Super disappointing.

I tried a couple of products from Beauty of Joseon the textures are really nice at first. The creams feel soft and lightweight, and the sunscreen spreads easily without that thick, sticky feel some sunscreens have. Compared to a few other K-beauty brands I’ve used, it feels a bit more elegant going on. That said, after a few hours my skin did start to feel kind of greasy, especially around my nose. It wasn’t terrible, just not as impressive as I hoped. I’d probably try something from them again, but I’m not in a huge rush.
